1)Students can cancel their Student plus upgrade by writing to the management with proper explantion.
2)The Cancellation requst will not be accepted if the request is made 5 days after the day of payment.
3)After the Cancellation request is accepted, refund will be processed within 5 working days.
4)The refund will be sent to the account, from which the payment is made.
5)Cancellation fee of Rs.55 will be charged.
6)Any query on the status of the refund process can be made, by writing to "avmediawork.gmail.com"
7)All the above conditions will apply only to payments made for online class application, and will not apply to main course fee payed at NR IAS Academy.
